Dr.Web CureNet! 11.0 updated

December 6, 2016

Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated the Windows version of its utility Dr.Web CureNet! 11.0. The update delivers feature upgrades and fixes of known defects.

The upgrades include improved routines for updating via HTTPS and the new ability to send statistics before scanning on a remote host has been completed.

In addition, the update addresses an issue that might cause the process curesvc.exe to terminate abnormally after scanning while files were being deleted on Windows 10 machines. Changes have been made to ensure that scanning can be started without errors on machines running Windows XP SP2. An issue that prevented changed values from being saved for “Use custom network ports” and “Installation package” has also been resolved.

If you have a serial number for a commercial or demo license, you can download Dr.Web CureNet! 11.0 from curenet.drweb.com or at download.drweb.com/curenet.
