Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated Dr.Web Scanning Engine (11.1.5.201611100) and the anti-exploit module Dr.Web Shellguard (11.01.05.11080) in a number of Dr.Web products. The update resolves known software issues and delivers minor upgrades.
Specifically, it addresses a scanning engine issue that prevented temporary files, created in the corresponding Windows directory during scanning, from being deleted.
Adjustments have also been made to Dr.Web Shellguard to improve Dr.Web's compatibility with banking software.
The update will be performed automatically; however, a system reboot will be required.
