Doctor Web is pleased to present its overview of malware detected on mobile devices during August 2016. The month was marked by the emergence of a Trojan for Android that displayed advertisements and could buy software on Google Play and download it onto a device. Also in August, bogus Dr.Web for iOS products were found on Apple iTunes.
