Virus databases updated to version 11.0 in Dr.Web products
June 21, 2016
Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated its virus databases to version 11.0 in Dr.Web Security Space 11.0; Dr.Web Anti-virus 11.0; Dr.Web 11.0 for Windows Servers; Dr.Web Anti-virus 11.0 for Linux; Dr.Web for Microsoft Exchange Server 10.0; Dr.Web for IBM Lotus Domino 10.0 and the Dr.Web CureIt! and Dr.Web CureNet! utilities. The emergency curing solution Dr.Web LiveDisk has had its database upgraded, too.
The new database format that has been implemented makes the databases more compact and boosts scanning speed (intelligent scanning based on an object’s specific format).
The update, which is 115 MB in size, will be downloaded and installed automatically.
