Firewall:

  • To decrease the CPU load, the Dr.Web Firewall for Windows notify module’s post-system wakeup start routine has been redesigned;
  • Also eliminated was a defect that caused SpIDer Agent for Windows to freeze during browser launch if the parameter “Not specified” had been set in the firewall rules.

Anti-rootkit API:

  • An issue involving the installation of NVIDIA drivers has been eliminated;
  • A defect involving Truecrypt being blocked by the Preventive Protection has been corrected;
  • Also resolved was a Preventive Protection issue that interfered with the implementation of SRP (Software Restriction Policies);

  • An issue involving the utility window freezing if an attempt was made to stop the utility from collecting data on step 99 out of 100 has been resolved;
  • Also eliminated was a problem that prevented the utility from determining the default browser (Internet Explorer);
  • Now the utility also collects information about Dr.Web Hypervisor settings.
